Nature's Antibiotic - Nasturtium Tropaeolum Majus

Rich in Vitamin C, antiseptic, antibacterial, and anti microbial, Nasturtiums offer more than just edible flowers!

Eat a few fresh leaves daily and add the flowers to your salad. The seeds can be pickled as a substitute for capers.

Or make a tasty & beautiful appetizer by stuffing nasturtium flowers with goat cheese. The small amount of cheese balances the spice of the flowers.

We'll have many varieties of nasturtiums available at the shop (67 White Oak Drive) this weekend, come by to shop safely and responsibly! Don't forget to adhere to social distance (6 ft) and come with a mask (and gloves if possible).

Stay well!
