Creating a Habitat for Butterflies and Other Pollinators

The spring planting season has begun, and we anxiously await the arrival of the hummingbirds, butterflies, and other pollinators! In this class we will learn which herbs and flowers (including natives) to grow to help the pollinators with a source of nectar and provide food for the beneficial insects and larvae.

In this class we will discuss summertime beverages with and without alcohol to quench your thirst and lift your spirits. Learn how to use botanicals to make shrubs, simple syrups and elixirs that will allow you to create your own signature drinks.
